What we offer
Timber Harvesting
We offer timber harvesting services such as clear cutting, planted stand thinning, select cut, residential/development harvesting, and reforestation harvesting. We are a proud member the the NC Forestry Association and Pro-Logger Certified. NWLT adhere’s to NC Forestry Service Best Management Practices (BMP) ensuring that all regulatory and sustainable measures are performed.
Land Clearing and Grading
To prepare raw land for future development, removal of vegetation, trees, and stumps is the first step to the process. Once all material has been removed, a rough grade can be completed to prepare for a building site, water management, beautification, or agriculture use.
Storm Damage Removal
Storm damage can be a property owners worst case scenario. The damage left behind often creates unique challenges and risks due to the unpredictable nature of the event. Straight line winds, tornados, and ice/snow storms can leave a large mess to contend with. NWLT is equipped and capable of cleaning small (1-5) to extensive (50+) downed tree events.
Gravel Drive Installation/Repair
We construct gravel drives and right of ways to access property. This include’s installing culverts to cross ditches or small streams cutting through any property. Repairing worn and washed out drives that have succumbed to age and weather.
