None, however a minimum board footage or tonnage is required to achieve a monetary return. Quality and Quantity will impact potential payout’s.
Can you tell me the value of my timber over the phone?
No. We cannot tell you what your timber is worth without actually surveying the property in person. The value of your timber is related to the size, quality, type, and volume of timber you are selling.
How much does your company charge to evaluate my timberland?
No Charge for a site survey to assess and make an offer for timber.
When do I get paid for my timber?
Timber purchases are paid per a written contractural agreement. Once the harvest operation is begun, payments can be made weekly, monthly, or at the end of the harvest operation.
What is the typical length of a timber contract?
Normal contract terms will be 24 months. This allows flexibility in scheduling harvests should adverse seasonal weather patterns limit harvesting operations or market conditions changes. That being said, this is negotiable, particularly if special circumstances require shorter contract terms.
